Hummingbirds at Flossie's

We will be closed for the month of May. However, we will be scheduling a birding event during May. We will also be available at home after we return from a little vacation.

"Busman's Holiday"

We are taking a little birding vacation to Panama for about ten days beginning Sunday April 29. We will be back in town on Tuesday May 8. Hopefully we will have something to report.

If you need some of our Nayarit Coffee it will be available at the Animal Shelter in Riberas de Pilar.

Thirty birders in three groups met at Flossies House for a real treat. Over 100 hummingbirds hovered in the trees waiting their turn at the dozen feeders put out for them.

Sighted were: Beryline Hummingbird
Violet-Crowned Hummingbird
Broad-Tailed Hummingbird
White-Eared Hummingbird.

Thanks for the great birding year at Lake Chapala.
