AT THE JOCOTEPEC MALECON ON JANUARY 21, 2008
<

Thirty four birders met forty-four species of birds on the Malecon of Jocotepec on Monday morning.

Despite a country fair with sheep and cattle and a major reconstruction of the waterfront, including several piers, the birding was excellent, particularly in the undisturbed marshes along the lakefront.
